Inspired by the honesty of ideas I develop my visual expression through the materials I choose and their inherent aesthetic character or association.
On paper I work mainly with ink because I like its translucent quality and its interaction with the paper.
Otherwise I choose materials which inspire me with their associations or history. Language and its influence on the way we think is also a source of inspiration and investigation. With a background in Ecology I am  interested in the whole that we are part of but which we have distanced ourselves from to the  detriment of our planet..
